It is apple-picking day on the farm! We start early in the morning.
"Open your eyes and look for red apples," says Grandpa. "Put them in your bag. Close it when it is full."
The farmer cuts an apple into pieces. We each take one. Yummy!
I catch an apple when it falls. I count my apples: one, two, three... ten!
We finish our work at noon. We collect a big basket of apples. Then we go for a hike in the hills.
What a great day!
